Who we are
Real-IT.org, a French company (SASU) based at 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, represented by Loïc Bertrand. Contact: contact@projectfoundry.ai.
Data from this site
The beta form stores your name, email and answers, used only to contact you about the beta. Audience is measured without cookies or personal identifiers: page, duration, referrer.
Data in the application
Your account (email), your organisation, your projects, the messages exchanged with the agents and the usage of AI models. They are stored on servers in Europe, in a workspace isolated from other customers, and deleted thirty days after you cancel.
Google Drive
The application asks for the drive.file permission only: it can read and write the folder it creates and the files you choose in the Google picker. It never sees the rest of your Drive. Tokens are stored encrypted, never shared with the agents' machines.
Google API Services User Data Policy - Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the features you request, never for advertising, never sold.
Discord
When you add the bot to your server, we store the server identifier and the channels it creates. Messages are relayed between your server and your workspace and kept as part of your project history.
AI providers
Prompts and files you give the agents are sent to the model provider you chose (Anthropic by default). With your own subscription or key, your contract with that provider applies.
Subprocessors
Cloudflare (site), Hetzner (servers in Europe), Stripe (payment), Amazon SES (email), the AI provider you chose.
